These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Quantum, the desktop application and AI service (Senior Level Coding and Executive Assistant modes) provided by Multiuniversal UAB ("Multiuniversal", "we", "us"). By creating a Quantum account, pairing the desktop app, or subscribing to the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Who we are
Quantum is operated by Multiuniversal UAB, a private limited company registered in Lithuania (company code 305002969, VAT LT100014967815), with its registered office at Giruliu g. 10, Vilnius LT-12112, Lithuania.
Your account
You need a Quantum account to use the service. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account or a paired desktop device has been compromised — you can review and revoke paired devices at any time from your account page.
You must provide a working email address and keep it up to date, since it's how we deliver account, billing, and security notices. You must be acting in a business or professional capacity to use Quantum; it is not offered as a consumer product.
The desktop app and pairing
Quantum's desktop app connects to your account using a long-lived access token, obtained once by entering a short pairing code generated from your account page. That token lets the desktop app act on your behalf — treat your paired devices the same way you'd treat a signed-in session, and revoke any device you no longer use.
Quantum's modes can read, write, and execute changes on your local system at your direction. You are responsible for reviewing any changes before they're applied and for the environment in which Quantum operates.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Quantum in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, its servers, or any connected systems
- Share your account credentials, pairing codes, or access tokens with anyone outside your organization
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the service
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service beyond your own account's use
- Use Quantum to generate content that infringes on the rights of others or that is unlawful
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the service at any time if we believe these terms have been violated.
Subscription and billing
Quantum is offered as a single subscription plan, billed monthly, with pricing shown on our Pricing page. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details ourselves.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
We may change our pricing going forward; any change will apply from your next billing cycle at the earliest, and we'll give you reasonable notice beforehand.
The service and AI-generated output
Quantum uses AI infrastructure to power its Senior Level Coding and Executive Assistant modes. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete — you're responsible for reviewing suggested code, actions, and content before relying on or applying it, especially anything that modifies files, sends communications, or executes commands.
We make no guarantee that any particular outcome will result from using the service, and availability may be affected by factors outside our control, including the underlying AI infrastructure.
Intellectual property
The Quantum application, website, branding, and underlying technology are the property of Multiuniversal UAB or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content and code you submit to or generate through Quantum; we claim no ownership over your work product.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Quantum's own software or website content without our express prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Multiuniversal UAB shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Quantum
- Loss of data, revenue, or profit resulting from actions taken based on AI-generated output
- Interruptions, errors, or security incidents caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages of underlying AI infrastructure
- The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated response
Where our liability is not excluded, it shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Quantum and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if your subscription payment fails and isn't resolved within a reasonable period. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though certain data retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy continue to apply.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Quantum following notice of material changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
