How does billing work?
Quantum is billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period.
How do weekly usage limits work?
Each plan includes a weekly usage allowance that fully resets every 7 days, anchored to your own billing date. If you reach your limit, you can wait for the reset or upgrade from your account page — upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Every Quantum plan includes several times more usage per euro than comparable AI coding tools.
Is the Unlimited plan permanent?
The Unlimited plan can only be subscribed to during Beta. If you're on it when Beta ends, you keep it — unlimited usage at today's price — for as long as you stay subscribed.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account page. Upgrades apply immediately with the difference prorated automatically; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from your account page. You'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
Is my payment information secure?
Stripe handles your card details directly — Quantum never sees or stores your card number.
Is my chat data private?
Your conversations with Quantum are encrypted at rest and stay within Quantum — they're never shared with third parties for advertising or analytics.
